Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN OUR VEHICLES. If any passenger smokes in the vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of £250.00 plus the cost of other smoking-related repairs and damage will apply.

Are there airport transfers from Oxford to all major airports and to London?

What is your standard cancellations policy?

At OXChauffeurs, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy prior to the scheduled pick-up time. We understand that plans can change, especially for airport transfers, and we are flexible in accommodating time changes to your flight. If there are any adjustments needed for your pick-up time due to flight changes, you will not be charged for this modification.

However, in the event of a cancellation, we may have to apply certain fees. This is because we prioritize securing the vehicle and chauffeur for your booking, which may require us to decline other potential bookings. We strive to be fair in our policies to ensure a smooth and efficient service for all our valued clients.

For prepaid clients, the cancellation policy is as follows:

<li>24 - 48 hours notice: 50% of fare</li>
<li>12 – 24 hours notice: 25% of fare</li>
<li>Less than 12 hours notice, or if the car has already been dispatched: No refunds apply.</li>
